Customer satisfaction is our primary concern and below is our policy concerning refunds and reshipments.

If customer doesn't receive the product within 21 days from the date of shipment, eshoprx.com will refund 100% of the amount paid without deducting any charges.

Alternatively at customer's choice, eshoprx.com will replace the delayed shipment, will re-deliver and re-ship the product to the Customer at no additional cost.

eshoprx.com is not liable for any damage to the Customer due to delay in shipment or failure of the product to arrive within 21 days.
